I am so glad I found Dr. Shim! I was having an emergency and my own dentist wouldn’t help me. I went to Dr. Shim and found that she is not only an amazing dentist who is very knowledgeable, thorough and gentle, but she is also so kind and compassionate. She explains everything and does what is in the best interest for the patient. Dr. Shim really cares about her patients and I wholeheartedly recommend her. Elite Dental and Dr. Shim are an amazing group of people. I have an acute sensitivity to dental pain. Dr. Shim and the dental assistants made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and numb! She gave me the time I needed to get numb. Dr. Shim is a skilled professional who I trust implicitly. The front end staff is as nice and helpful as can be; making appointments, insurance, billing. This is an amazing team that cares for you from beginning to end. I recommend them highly to anyone who is anxious about dental pain. They keep you healthy!
I’ve always been a bit wary of dentists due to a bad experience I had when I was younger. I am happy to say that as a first time patient, I could not be happier with my experience here so far. Communication has been seamless, and they’re are extremely friendly and willing to work with your schedule. Dr Khorram is a gentleman, and a great communicator. He narrated each step as he completed them, and made sure to check in with me consistently as he continued. All in all, everyone is great, and you can feel the kind energy inside upon entering.
I needed to find a new dentist since my dentist for the last 30 years retired. I tried one dental office but there were a few disturbing things, so I opted not to go back even though the dentist himself was skilled. Luckily I found Elite. Dr. Shim is very skillful, very focused on doing the best for one's teeth. The receptionist is so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend giving Elite and Dr. Shim a try! (Note that there is a staircase to the procedure rooms in case you have any problem with stairs. But most dental work can be accomplished in their street-level proceedure room ).
I and my family have been going to Elite Dental the last few months and the professionalism and dedication of Dr. Khorram and his dental staff has far exceeded our expectations. The office staff is also great, and the receptionists are always so helpful, friendly and accommodating to our needs and appointments. we have been very happy and satisfied with Dr. Khorram for over 20 years.
